Milton Keynes Dons Unveil Fan Engagement Plan for 2026/27
Milton Keynes Dons is pleased to share their 2026/27 Fan Engagement Plan with supporters as they enter a new season in Sky Bet League One. The plan aims to demonstrate the club's continued dedication to open communication and constructive engagement.
The plan reflects on last season's achievements and sets out plans for the campaign ahead. Three key objectives were set out at the start of last season: to increase matchday attendances, continue to improve the matchday experience, and further embrace consultation with supporters.
The plan demonstrates, through individual case studies, how each of these objectives was achieved. Also detailed are the results of the Annual Supporters' Survey, which recorded supporter feedback of improvements in almost every area of the fan experience - from value for money to on-the-pitch performance.
As well as a reflection on the season past, the plan is a commitment to the future. Through consultation with the Supporters' Board, the decision is to continue to focus on the same three objectives - matchday attendance, matchday experience, and supporter consultation - and push improvements further in these key areas.
